By - Posted Aug 8, 2011

So, the big question is how much difference does a caddie make for a tour player? Steve Williams was a caddie initially for Ray Floyd who won several majors, and then Greg Norman who was #1 for more than a handful of years, and won two majors.

By - Posted Jul 27, 2011

What is the best golf tip you have ever received? In my line of work I have been blessed to speak to and sometimes play with some really great golf professionals. Some brand name pros. Some not so well known. Doesn’t seem to make much of a difference.

By - Posted Jul 25, 2011

I can hardly even remember a picture of Tiger winning a major without Steve Williams on the bag. Actually, there is only one where he wasn’t there. The 1997 Masters victory.

Mickelson’s Comes Up Short at this Year’s British Open

By - Posted Jul 18, 2011

Well, he did it to us again. This weekend Phil Mickelson came close to a major victory at this years British Open. Took us up the roller coaster and right back down again! The first 10 holes were amazing as he went 6 under par, and was tied for the lead. But over the next 7 holes, he went 4 over par, and his chances were sunk. I just love Phil, and like many, it’s likely because he often performs at levels as great as anyone in the history of the game. However he also does things that look like an average player on the weekend…By the way, he missed at least 7 putts inside three feet this week!

My son used to play Xbox

By - Posted Jul 13, 2011

As a parent I am sure you are probably a lot like me. Concerned at how much media our kids are taking in on a daily basis. By - Posted Jun 22, 2011

So golf finally decides to go social with it’s first legitimate viral submission. You may find it dumb. Good, it’s supposed to be. PGA Tour member Ben Crane decided to get all his long haired cohorts to join him in his video. Good for him. Golf needs so much more of this. Looks like the future of golf might be in good hands after all.
